Ingredients

2 bagels (plain, sesame, or everything), sliced

4–6 oz smoked salmon

1/2 cup cream cheese (plain or whipped)

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

2 tbsp capers, drained

1/2 lemon, cut into wedges

Fresh dill (optional)

Fresh cracked black pepper
Directions

Toast the Bagels:
Toast bagels until golden and slightly crisp.
