Welcome to Nutri Green Microgreen Farmery (“Nutri Green”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing from us, subscribing to our delivery service, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all direct-to-consumer purchases, weekly subscriptions, deliveries, and related services.
1. Subscription Services and Payments
Nutri Green offers a convenient weekly subscription service for fresh, locally grown microgreens. By subscribing, you authorize us to securely store your credit card information and charge it on a recurring basis, aligned with your selected plan and delivery schedule.
Customers who select a discounted subscription option and choose to cancel early will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the total discount received during the subscription term.
Subscriptions may be paused for up to three weeks. Any longer pause requests are subject to approval by Nutri Green’s customer service team and are not guaranteed.
2. Delivery Policy
Deliveries are made weekly within the Winnipeg city limits. Delivery beyond city limits may be arranged only with prior approval from our team.
If the customer is not home at the time of delivery and has not provided instructions for a safe drop-off location, a re-delivery fee will apply. We encourage customers to leave clear drop-off notes during checkout or via their online account to avoid missed deliveries.
3. Weather Policy
In the event of extreme weather conditions (e.g., snowstorms, hazardous road conditions, severe heat), Nutri Green may delay or reschedule deliveries to protect product quality and ensure driver safety. In such cases, customers will be notified via email or text with an updated delivery timeframe. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
4. Product Selection and Availability
Customers may indicate preferred microgreen varieties and list any allergies or types they do not wish to receive during sign-up or via their account preferences. While we will make every effort to honor these requests, please note that:

Final weekly selections are based on fresh harvest availability

Not all varieties may be available every week
Nutri Green reserves the right to substitute based on what is freshest and in season. Allergen notes will be strictly followed to the best of our ability.
5. Allergen Disclaimer
Although we take customer allergies seriously and clean all equipment between harvests, cross-contamination may still occur. Many of our microgreens are grown in proximity to mustard, radish, and other known allergens. Customers with severe allergies should use discretion and understand that Nutri Green cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product.
6. Product Quality and Replacements
We guarantee the freshness and quality of our microgreens. If your greens arrive in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement delivery at no additional cost.
7. Retail Availability
Nutri Green microgreens are also available at select retail partners. Please note that purchases through retail locations are subject to the retailers’ own return and refund policies, not those outlined here.
8. Account Information and Contact
Customers are responsible for maintaining up-to-date delivery addresses, billing information, and subscription preferences. All changes must be made through the user’s online account or by contacting Nutri Green directly.
9. Modifications and Agreement to Terms
Nutri Green reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and active subscribers will be notified. Continued use of our services after changes are made signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
