This Spicy Honey Prosciutto Pizza turns a classic cheese pie into a flavour explosion. Sweet, salty, spicy, and creamy—each bite is perfectly balanced and totally crave-worthy.
Ingredients

1 ball of fresh pizza dough (approx. 250g)

1/3 cup tomato passata or pizza sauce

100g fresh mozzarella, torn

3–4 slices prosciutto

1 small red chili, thinly sliced (or 1 tsp chili flakes)

1–2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Salt & cracked pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons chili honey (or warm regular honey with a dash of hot sauce)

Optional: shaved parmesan for extra depth
Directions

Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C), or as high as it will go. Place a pizza stone or steel in the oven if using.

Stretch or roll your dough into a 10–12" circle and place it on a pizza peel or baking tray.

Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the base, then scatter the torn mozzarella evenly.

Top with strips of prosciutto, sliced red chili (or chili flakes), and a sprinkle of rosemary. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Bake for 7–10 minutes until the crust is golden, cheese is bubbling, and the prosciutto edges start to crisp.

Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with chili honey. Add a handful of Nutri Green microgreens for a fresh bite and vibrant finish. Optional: shave a few pieces of parmesan over the top for extra depth.
