Sticky Honey Garlic Chicken Noodles is a vibrant and delicious stir-fry featuring tender chicken pieces coated in a sticky, garlicky sauce, tossed with noodles and fresh toppings. Perfectly balanced in flavor and texture, it’s quick enough for a weeknight but tasty enough to impress guests.

This sauce combines honey, soy sauce, garlic, and rice vinegar to create a glossy, flavorful coating for every bite of chicken and noodle. The balance of sweet, savory, and tangy makes it a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. Add a dash of sriracha for a hint of heat if you like it spicy.

Topped with sesame seeds, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime, this dish is as vibrant as it is satisfying. It's a fast and delicious dinner option that brings your favorite takeout flavors right to your home kitchen.

Cook Time – 30 Minutes  Serving Size – 4

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • Dash of sriracha (optional for heat)

  • 300g linguine or ramen noodles

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 2 green onions, sliced

  • Nutri Green Cilantro Microgreens

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    Lime wedges, for serving

Ingredients

  1. Start by cooking your linguine or ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
     

  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the chicken pieces until they’re golden and cooked through. Remove any excess liquid to keep the sauce thick and rich.
     

  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Then add the soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, black pepper, and sriracha if using. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly.
     

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Add this to the skillet and stir to combine. Let the sauce simmer and thicken until glossy and sticky, coating the chicken beautifully.
     

  5. Add the cooked noodles into the skillet and toss everything together until the noodles are fully coated in the sauce and well-mixed with the chicken. Let them simmer briefly so the flavors meld.
     

  6. Top each serving with a sprinkle of sesame seeds, sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, and Nutri Green microgreens for a bright, fresh finish. Serve with lime wedges for a citrusy pop.
