Subscriptions, Returns, & Delivery

Subscriptions

Our weekly subscription service is the easiest way to enjoy fresh, locally grown microgreens delivered right to your door. Simply choose your preferred varieties and delivery preferences, and we’ll take care of the rest—harvesting and delivering fresh greens to you each week within Winnipeg city limits.

You can customize your subscription by selecting preferred varieties and noting any allergies or greens you do not wish to receive. We will do our best to honour your preferences, but please note that final selections are based on seasonal availability and weekly harvests. This means you’ll receive a rotating selection of the freshest microgreens we have available.

All subscriptions are billed weekly, and your credit card will be stored securely through our payment processor for recurring billing. You can pause your subscription for up to three weeks at a time through your account dashboard. For pauses longer than three weeks, please contact our customer service team for approval.

If you choose a discounted subscription plan and decide to cancel early, a fee will apply equal to the total discount received during your subscription period. This helps us continue to offer savings to customers who commit to long-term service.

Returns

At Nutri Green Microgreen Farmery, we take pride in delivering the highest quality microgreens, harvested fresh and packed with care.

 

Whilst our products are perishable and therefore not eligible for standard returns, your satisfaction is our priority.

If your order arrives in poor condition or is not up to our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include a photo and a brief description of the issue so we can assess and respond promptly. In cases where the product is damaged or compromised, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost.

Because our microgreens are grown to order and highly perishable, we are unable to accept returns for reasons unrelated to product quality (e.g., change of mind, preference for a different variety). However, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team if you have any concerns—we’re here to help and ensure you receive the freshest, best experience possible.

Delivery

At Nutri Green Microgreen Farmery, we offer convenient weekly home delivery within Winnipeg city limits to ensure your microgreens arrive fresh from our farm to your doorstep. Deliveries are made on your scheduled delivery day each week, and we strive to provide consistent, reliable service that fits seamlessly into your routine.

If you’re not home at the time of delivery, we ask that you provide clear drop-off instructions when placing your order or through your online account. Orders without delivery instructions may be subject to a re-delivery fee, so we highly recommend specifying a safe location such as a cooler placed on your porch (or shaded area), with ice packs inside.

We also understand that weather can sometimes impact delivery. In the case of extreme weather conditions—such as snowstorms, high winds, or excessive heat—we may delay or reschedule deliveries to maintain the quality of your greens and ensure the safety of our drivers. Should this occur, we’ll notify you as soon as possible with updates on your delivery status.

Our goal is to make receiving your microgreens as fresh, simple, and worry-free as possible. If you live outside of Winnipeg and are interested in delivery, please contact our team directly to discuss possible arrangements.
