Subscriptions
Our weekly subscription service is the easiest way to enjoy fresh, locally grown microgreens delivered right to your door. Simply choose your preferred varieties and delivery preferences, and we’ll take care of the rest—harvesting and delivering fresh greens to you each week within Winnipeg city limits.
You can customize your subscription by selecting preferred varieties and noting any allergies or greens you do not wish to receive. We will do our best to honour your preferences, but please note that final selections are based on seasonal availability and weekly harvests. This means you’ll receive a rotating selection of the freshest microgreens we have available.
All subscriptions are billed weekly, and your credit card will be stored securely through our payment processor for recurring billing. You can pause your subscription for up to three weeks at a time through your account dashboard. For pauses longer than three weeks, please contact our customer service team for approval.
If you choose a discounted subscription plan and decide to cancel early, a fee will apply equal to the total discount received during your subscription period. This helps us continue to offer savings to customers who commit to long-term service.

Returns
At Nutri Green Microgreen Farmery, we take pride in delivering the highest quality microgreens, harvested fresh and packed with care.
Whilst our products are perishable and therefore not eligible for standard returns, your satisfaction is our priority.
If your order arrives in poor condition or is not up to our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include a photo and a brief description of the issue so we can assess and respond promptly. In cases where the product is damaged or compromised, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost.
Because our microgreens are grown to order and highly perishable, we are unable to accept returns for reasons unrelated to product quality (e.g., change of mind, preference for a different variety). However, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team if you have any concerns—we’re here to help and ensure you receive the freshest, best experience possible.
